  • Results should not be relied upon as medically or nutritionally exact

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary or health decisions.

4. AI Features Disclaimer

BiteMate includes AI-powered food recognition features.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI results are automatically generated

  • Accuracy may vary depending on image quality and food type

  • Results may not always be correct or complete

  • You are responsible for verifying information before use

Use of AI features is at your own risk.

5. User Responsibilities

By using BiteMate, you agree that you will:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or damage the App

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App

  • Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations

  • Not attempt to bypass subscription or ad systems

6. Subscriptions and Payments

BiteMate may offer premium features through subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled by the user

  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their platform account settings

We do not process or store payment information.

7. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements to free users.

  • Ads are provided by third-party advertising networks

  • We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of advertisements

  • Ad networks may use device identifiers to show relevant ads

8. Third-Party Services

BiteMate integrates third-party services including:

  • App store payment systems (Apple / Google)

We are not responsible for third-party behavior or data practices.

9. Data and Storage

  • Most app data (such as food logs) is stored locally on your device

  • We do not guarantee data backup or recovery

  • Uninstalling the App may delete locally stored data

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, and functionality of BiteMate are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

11. Limitation of Liability
